Brought in as interim UX leader to redesign a complex case management system and performed a duel role as interum product manager. Conducted stakeholder interviews, mentored junior designers, and delivered a scalable, user-friendly interface that streamlined internal workflows across multiple business units. Helped shape the foundation of a new UX practice within a low-maturity environment.

Verizon ZenKey UX Department Leadership

Built the UX practice at ZenKey from the ground up, assembling a cross-functional team of 13 UX specialists. Established design standards, research operations, and a scalable product design system. Partnered closely with stakeholders across Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile to align user needs with strategic business objectives for this secure digital identity platform.

LLBean eCommerce Checkout Experience Redesign

Led a comprehensive UX overhaul of LLBean’s digital storefront, focusing on simplifying navigation, optimizing mobile responsiveness, and streamlining the checkout process.
